We went back to Niwot this Halloween for their downtown trick-or-treating and parade. The parade was quite a bit more organized this year, with a band and everything! Emily wasn't feeling super hot, so she rode in the stroller for trick or treating. CeeeCee and PopPop came to Denver for Halloween this year, which was super exciting for the girls!

A Reena, a Scary Guy, and Princess Spiderman
We carved pumpkins on a beautiful late October afternoon on the back deck. Addie decided right away that she wanted to use the Mr. Potato Head-type pumpkin push-in decor this year. She couldn't decide if she wanted to do the princess or Spiderman, though, so she went ahead and did both.
Emily requested a scary face, which Chris designed with her and then carved. Elizabeth wanted a reena. She's pretty obsessed with ballerinas these days. One of her favorite books is Dancing with Degas, a book with lots of reenas.

Twin Halloween Party
We got to go play at Darling Double's Halloween party this year. The kids were so excited to see all the other kids in their costumes, play games, and have delicious Halloween snacks.
Spiderman, Nice Monster ("NOT scaywee"), and Anna (Can you tell Spidey isn't super excited about having her picture taken?)
Cute twin monkeys
Digging for prizes in black spaghetti
I loved these twins' costumes, Strawberry Shortcake and Blueberry
Little Monster's working on a sticker
Donut Spider!
Elizabeth absolutely loved this little alien robot guy
"Rosie!!" (She loves ring around the rosie)
Addie photo bombs the Elsa and Anna picture
Cowgirl Dog Kiara, Elsa Annika, Emily Anna, and Addie Spidey
Addison was SO excited to see her little mini-me. She absolutely loved this little dude.
